DCT Loyalty Memberships

Dreams Come True Australia Pty Ltd, operating as Dreams Come True Australia (DCT), introduces the DCT membership platform, offering ongoing loyalty memberships. By enrolling in a DCT Loyalty Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To sign up for a DCT Loyalty Membership, you must be 18 years of age or older and be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia, excluding SA & ACT.

2. Membership Benefits:

Bronze Plan Benefits 

• 1 x giveaway entry to current giveaway 
• 5% off DCT merchandise 
• Exclusive access to bronze level partners 
• Early entry to all new off or giveaways 
• If annual plan is purchased a discount of 20% will be applied

Silver Plan Benefits 

• 5 x giveaway entry to current giveaway 
• 15% off DCT merchandise 
• Exclusive access to silver level partners 
• Early entry to all new off or giveaways 
• If annual plan is purchased a discount of 20% will be applied

Gold Plan Benefits 

• 12 x giveaway entry to current giveaway 
• 20% off DCT merchandise 
• Exclusive access to gold level partners 
• Early entry to all new off or giveaways 
• If annual plan is purchased a discount of 20% will be applied

Platinum Plan Benefits 

• 30 x giveaway entry to current giveaway 
• 30% off DCT merchandise 
• Exclusive access to platinum level partners 
• Early entry to all new off or giveaways 
• If annual plan is purchased a discount of 20% will be applied

3. Membership Termination: You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@dctgiveaway.com.au. No refund is provided for mid-billing cycle cancellations. Cancellation does not exempt you from our marketing database; unsubscribe from marketing communications using the link in promotional emails.

4. Upgrade or Downgrade of Loyalty Membership: Request an upgrade or downgrade via your DCT portal, effective from the next billing cycle. No refunds are offered for mid-cycle downgrades.

5. Change of Details: Notify us of any changes to your name, address, contact number, email, or billing information through your online portal, by calling 1300 GIVEAWAY (1300 4483 2929), or emailing info@dctgiveaway.com.au.

6. Liability: While we do not exclude rights and remedies under the law, DCT and its partners are not liable for any loss or personal injury sustained in connection with DCT membership.

7. General Terms and Conditions:

• "Discounts with partners" refer to discounted rates negotiated with DCT partners.
• Memberships do not imply responsibility for tax implications arising from DCT platform usage.
• We reserve the right to exclude or suspend members for inappropriate conduct or law breaches.
• Assignment of rights under these terms requires our written consent.
• Surviving terms and conditions continue post-termination.
• All references to $ are in Australian dollars.
• We may amend these terms with notice. Non-acceptance allows membership cancellation.
• We may cease offering memberships with sufficient notice.
• All winners will be required to take video/photo content with DCT Management

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Disclaimer: For prizes including rented cars or accommodation expenses covered by DCT, damages during the stay are not included. DCT covers only the hotel room expenses and does not provide additional funds for further spending during the stay.
